Acceptance of your order, and the formation of a contract, occurs once we have processed and dispatched your order for delivery. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch, for any reason, including but not limited to: unavailability of products, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or inability to carry out delivery within the requested timeframe.
Should your order need to be amended, such as for a change of delivery address or date, we will endeavour to accommodate alterations, but cannot guarantee this if your request is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
All flowers and arrangements are subject to availability. In the event that certain flowers or products are unavailable on the chosen date, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value and as close as possible in appearance and style to those pictured. We will always aim to maintain the overall theme, colour palette, and value of your selected arrangement.

Florist Belvedere offers delivery throughout Belvedere and neighbouring communities. Delivery charges, availability, and time slots depend on the postcode and desired delivery date. We will endeavour to deliver within your chosen timeslot; however, we cannot be responsible for delays resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or issues affecting third-party couriers.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place, and a delivery card will be left to advise the recipient. Where neither is possible, the flowers may be returned to our shop for customer collection, or redelivery may be attempted by arrangement – which may incur an additional charge.
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely, and no card details are stored by Florist Belvedere. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Transactions will appear on your bank statement under our company name. Should there be any issues with payment authorisation, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will typically be honoured with a full refund or no charge, provided that preparation or dispatch has not already commenced. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date, or after the flowers have been prepared or dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply or the order may not be refundable if the arrangement is already enroute or delivered.
Please note that certain orders, such as wedding or event flowers, may be subject to separate cancellation terms and conditions, which will be provided at booking.
Fresh flowers are perishable goods and are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty at the point of delivery. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality or condition of the flowers received, please contact us immediately on the day of receipt, providing photographic evidence where possible. Florist Belvedere will investigate complaints and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full/partial refund. Complaints made more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used, and may take 5-10 working days to appear, depending on your bank’s policies.
All prices displayed on the website are accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to update prices or offer promotional discounts at our discretion. Promotions, discount codes, or special offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated. Discounts must be applied at the time of order and cannot be retroactively applied.
We offer the option for you to include a personal message with your flower arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse messages that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for delivery.
Florist Belvedere aims to deliver your flowers in excellent condition, on time and as described. However, our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions to transportation networks. Where delivery is not possible as a result of unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate with you as soon as possible to arrange a redelivery, a suitable substitute, or refund as applicable.
Florist Belvedere does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss (including loss of profits, contracts, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings) arising out of any problem you notify to us under these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details provided are accurate and that someone will be available to receive the order. If incorrect delivery details are provided, we cannot accept liability for late or failed deliveries. Please ensure that you or the recipient are available to receive the goods at the agreed time, and that there are appropriate access arrangements for the delivery to take place safely.
